Compliance hints where you work
- Purchase payment — Cash payment · Sharma Hardware · ₹18,000: Consider paying by bank. Cash payments above ₹10,000 to one person in a day lose their income-tax deduction. Possible impact: ₹18,000 deduction.
- Purchase payment — Kaveri Packaging (MSME) · unpaid 52 days: Consider paying before 31 March. An MSME bill past 45 days that is still unpaid at year-end is added back to your taxable profit. Possible impact: ₹1,20,000 add-back.
- Sales receipt — Cash receipt · Arun Traders · ₹2,40,000: Receive this by bank. Cash of ₹2 lakh or more from one person in a day is barred, so the app flags this receipt before you post it. Possible impact: ₹2,40,000 penalty.
- Purchase payment — Contractor payment · Ravi Builders · no PAN: Collect the PAN before paying. Without a PAN on file, TDS has to be deducted at 20% or more. Possible impact: TDS at 20%.
- GSTR-2B match — Purchase bill · Delta Logistics · ITC ₹2,250: Review before claiming this credit. The invoice isn't in your GSTR-2B yet — credit claimed early can come back with interest. Possible impact: ₹2,250 + interest.
- Purchase bill — Freight bill · goods transport agency: Reverse charge may apply. You may owe the GST on this bill, not the transporter. Possible impact: GST you may owe.
- TDS dashboard — TDS deducted in October · ₹30,400: TDS deposit due by 7 November. Interest on late TDS runs for every month or part of a month. Possible impact: Monthly interest.

The month-end scramble, fixed at the source.
Most compliance trouble starts with a transaction recorded without the right check. FastComply Books moves the check to the moment you enter it.
Month-end means matching hundreds of bank lines to bills in a spreadsheet.
Import the statement, let AI read the bill, split one payment across several bills and watch the BRS update as you post.
Missing input tax credit shows up only when GSTR-3B is due.
Your purchase register is checked against GSTR-2B, with IMS actions, the RCM register and ITC checks in one place.
TDS due dates, challans and returns live in someone's head.
The TDS/TCS cockpit shows what is payable, when and why — linked to challans, 24Q/26Q/27Q returns and certificates.
Your books are locked to the one office PC that runs Tally.
Work from any browser with the function keys your accountant already knows — F5 Payment, F6 Receipt, F7 Journal, F8 Sales, F9 Purchase.

GSTR-2B match
Your purchase register and GSTR-2B side by side. Review matched credit for eligibility, then investigate differences or missing invoices. Prepare IMS actions and supplier follow-ups; portal submission remains a separate step.

FastComply uses AI to assist with supported workflows, analysis and suggestions. Review the source documents and applicable rules before applying suggestions; seek professional advice where needed.
Forex and FEMA workflows are under development and are not part of the initial pilot promise.
For CAs and accountants. Review the month, don't redo it.
Your client works from the bank statement. You review the entries, the bills behind them and the GST and TDS working, from any browser, before anything is filed.
Evidence behind every entry
Bank lines are matched to the bills behind them, so you can see what was posted and why without chasing photos on WhatsApp.
The checks you would make anyway
GSTR-2B differences, reverse charge, cash limits and missing PANs are raised at entry as review points. The judgement stays with you.
Keys you already know
F4–F9 vouchers in the browser and Tally trial balance and masters import mean less retraining for you and your client's staff.
Accountant access for each pilot business is confirmed in its invitation.
